We all know the private sector is full of them and in fact it’s a high performance trait in founders. Little talked about in charities but a real issue with some horror stories. Nature of the work tends to attract an above average number of people who thrive on wrong incentives. There was a study on this but I can’t find it. Important to be aware.

Unfortunately Paul, *most* people will only read your first tweet, which contained scant balance or clarification. I understand your perspective, but since many startups are equally run by sociopaths, I find your point rather moot.

Ah, so the problem is not that you're too slack to read the whole thread, but that other people are? Why not give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they're as smart as you? Doesn't seem a stretch.

I read the whole thread Paul, many others wouldn’t. And I think this attack on non-profits is unwarranted when they do many things that private sector companies can’t or simply won’t ever do.
