A complex product with an intuitive user experience is the pinnacle of software now and forever. -
Usability of software is becoming even more fundamental to the product than the breadth of its features especially with my generation (Gen-Z). Gen-Z cycles through and discards software with low provision for user experience/intuitive design at an unprecedented rate.
