Thinking out loud: as income share agreements (ISAs) gain popularity as a college financing option, they'll also become a litmus test for the ROI of a college degree. If no one will offer you an ISA for your degree, then you're probably not getting your money's worth.

This is so dystopian! Why pursue an education or a passion when you could design your life as a debt slave instead, directed by whatever the market feels interesting. Isn't anything but the financial form of wealth valuable?
Empirically many people prefer being what you call a debt slave to being poor.

Just find everyone’s college, highly educated productive citizens are way more valuable than uneducated ones. ISAs are just PE stepping in to provide what the government should be doing.
