I have a honest question about the quality of those workers. I started coding about 5 months ago and I feel I am far from ready to take a programming job. Probably is my problem...for sure I am not a fast learner. But any concerns on that area?

Programming jobs are on a curve, the best way to move along that curve is the program more, especially on projects that really intellectually stimulate you. Taking a job early in an environment that knows you are working hard at moving along that curve is

Side note: Uber ride conversations are still greatly undervalued. Our company is building out an ambassador program specifically for people who drive, letting them earn more by inviting people to use our product. Obviously the product has to mean something to them, but still.

No they need better marketing within inner cities. They should be doing daily seminars at every high school in the poorest zip codes. This is simple stuff.

In Colombia that would work a lot. I've talked to many Uber drivers who are unemployed and are willing to take a new career path like learning to code. But there are not many bootcamps here as good as Lambda. I'll be happy to connect them with Lambda school and guiding them!
