If you buy used books, like I usually do, it costs even less.
This was the first indulgence I allowed myself when I got some money for the first time.

Same goes for gifting books. Giving a friend or teammate a $15 book can spark an idea or trajectory way more than $15 can. I’ve found buying like 20 of a potent book to give to others a great investment on rapport and net knowledge gained for a company, etc.
