  Not really... imho, when you get sick in strange places, it’s usually an unusual bug and it gets bad quick....... specifically my experience is from inter-continental immersion

  got a better approach? in any place, still hard to figure if gram +ve, gram -ve, virus, bad salt or some other microbe. for bacteria at least there are broad spectrum ABX, viruses have specific vaccines or tabs, or an anti parasitic. guess they all drift&shift. &there are herbs.
