It's not a bad sign if there are lots of answers to these questions. It's a good sign. It means you're at least near some live demand, which is as much as you can hope for at first.

It happened to me. Got from 0 to 200k users in the first year, growth is still going on. Learned that they wanted things slightly different from what I thought. Adapted and then the % in growth increased as well! Plus the bottom line, of course
