@paulg, I'm a big fan of your essays on startups. Have a question for you: If ideas don't matter, only execution, why did Apple go to such crazy lengths to keep its projects secret?
Apple's not a startup. Anything Apple does other companies will automatically copy. Startups are the opposite.
