The question is, does the constant Twitter thread about a personal CRM apply to the former tweet or the latter? I feel like that's one of the classic 1000 solutions, but everyone wants a product to do it, and no one is happy with it.

I wonder if it's a case where there's a larger problem of social management or relationship management and instead, everyone thinks the solution is a CRM, so people build the solution pegging it to the problem, versus actually solving the root cause of the problem here.
