The question is, does the constant Twitter thread about a personal CRM apply to the former tweet or the latter? I feel like that's one of the classic 1000 solutions, but everyone wants a product to do it, and no one is happy with it.

Or just haven't figure out a good workflow A much better email UX was talked about for a super long time (Superhuman) A much improved google sheets/excel was talked about constantly (airtable) People have been talking about a good personal CRM, that one will come soon too
