Wow is this good. I realize everyone must have seen it by now, but FWIW I agree with almost everything. The only thing I'd change is "If you can't code [learn to]." I wish every one was a chapter though. I've tried to share this with people, and they don't understand the concepts immediately, so they don't understand the truth behind it. They get lost on the wording, or think they're doing it already.
