Hypothesis: Cities should be designed to prioritize (individual) travel in inverse proportion to speed. E.g. give walking priority over cycling and cycling priority over driving. Maybe even give sitting priority over walking.

I'm less sure of this one, but it may also be a good idea to optimize for extremes of age. I.e. a city that's good for children and old people will be a pleasant place to be.

That too, but what I'm claiming is that such cities will be not merely be ethical, but also pleasant for everyone, including the strong.
