Some people, perhaps most people, don't mind being told what to do. But I have never met a successful startup CEO I'd say that of.

Not sure it’s an exception quite just yet. We need to look at founders’ relationships versus managers. The founders or creative types, including artists, that I know make me think of the most equitable pairings. Purely anecdotal, but hey.
