Some people who complain want to make things better. Others want attention, or just like to complain. How do you tell them apart? The ones who want to make things better engage earnestly with those they disagree with, to try to convert them to their point of view.

What if you solicit opinions from ur followers? I can disagree with you all day but chances are low that you will engage back. Social classes are present on Twitter. People tend to engage w/ 1) people they know; 2) people of a similar status.

Retweet+comment allows you to channel discussion to audience that are more likely to engage with you.
