Open sourced software with git commits approved in a blockchain like fashion, rather than a single owner. More constructive than purely good. The phenomenon you describe deployed against the world’s problems would be epic. Altruism as a Platform.

The problem: if there was enough intrinisic motivation, this would already exist. My thought has always been: -The amount of effort has to be minimal -The reward has to be large and loud -Lack of participation somewhat stigmatized Ironically, a mob has to be the enforcer.
