At the earliest stage the most common startup failure is obvious. Startups die when they never launch anything. They do a bunch of things that look like work and then just quietly disappear. Users are a sustaining life force so getting 100 who love you is critical path.

Gotcha like a v0 prototype which may not be the end product at all? Sort of like what cruise did. Makes sense. I guess that's the best you can do without actual users.
