"He would ask questions like, "What's the market?" And I'd say, "A million." And he'd say, "How do you know?" And I said, "Well, there's a million ham radio operators, and computers are more popular than ham radio."" http://www.foundersatwork.com/steve-wozniak.html …

Are you re-reading the book? I just finished it; can’t say enough good things.

Jessica's book 💜. Does she sometimes talk about making a second one?

Keep optimising your ideas in the form that is easiest to change. Instead of building computers which would have taken a lot of time to adjust, Woz planned his computers on paper 📝 Not only did he design better computers but he also did it on his own with a low budget 😳

@paulg Being a little lazy here but do you have a good essay on steps/framework for startup idea validation or maybe a book recommendation? My sister asked me this and I did _not_ really have a good answer apart from very generic principles and your Startup Ideas essays.

Not to mention the obvious but this is for the Type 2 category (like ViaWeb) something that she thinks people might want but isn't necessarily an organic problem for the self. I have been more inclined to think about Type 1 (organic).
