You may have to expand into that from an adjacent but cheaper territory. Fortunately more territories are adjacent than most people realize.

Interesting. I'll be on the lookout now for the best adjacents. I'm also realizing a single satellite is a form of scale. Often the same data could be collected from the ground or air in small quantities and sold to potential customers to test interest.
