Proposal: Your T Score is the number of tweets/replies since you've said something to or about someone on Twitter that a moderately civil person wouldn't say to them face to face. Hypothesis: High T Scores predict high performance in a range of activities.

you're right. misinterpreted. it's early. i think probably some "boldness" signal on Twitter as well. perhaps # of (interesting) tweets/replies that are to people with several orders of magnitude more following
