Proposal: Your T Score is the number of tweets/replies since you've said something to or about someone on Twitter that a moderately civil person wouldn't say to them face to face. Hypothesis: High T Scores predict high performance in a range of activities.

Likely true, and it will probably be a good rule of thumb up until people start using it as a metric...

Gaming it isn't hard, but you'd need to do something slightly different than that, given that twitter blocks duplicate tweets. Gaming the metric in a way that isn't creating lots of garbage on your timeline that would lose followers, though, is a bit harder.
