Proposal: Your T Score is the number of tweets/replies since you've said something to or about someone on Twitter that a moderately civil person wouldn't say to them face to face. Hypothesis: High T Scores predict high performance in a range of activities.

I suspect this number will be dominated by overall tweet volume without a denominator? Also, does your hypothesis bottom out to “civil people outperform”? I have concerns with that, but I might be misreading.

Maybe not *because* they are civil, but because they are capable of the reflection, empathy, and self restraint that are all pre-reqs for civility.
