The fact that PaulG equates "being rich" with "billionaires" tells you all you need to know about how fruitless it is trying to engage with him.
I doubt her threshold for what's permissible is as high as a billion, but all we know so far is her actual quote. Incidentally, all I see in the "trying to engage" department so far is one snarky quote-tweet and this. That's trying to engage?

Perhaps. But her actual quote wasn’t that ‘billionaires should not exist.’ No period there. The actual quote was that a system that allows billionaires to exist alongside people getting ringworm for lack of basic healthcare is immoral. It’s not really that outrageous of a take.
