Socialism and SP Health Care differ.
I'm Canadian, US PR (15 yrs). I've had 2 surgeries in 
and 2 in 
. Wait times in Canada was 10x longer minimum. None were life or death surgeries mind you. SP access is the way IMO. But health care can be drastically improved too.
That said, I've had 2 loved ones pass on from Cancer(s)...the one that lived in the US moved back to Canada for treatment. End of life care (hospice) in , was amazing...but, by my own estimation a failure for the other. The pinicale of civilization is dignity and care for all.

And do I dare say education? Spending $75K on inmate is better spent 20 years earlier on education...
