The poor do matter, and it's on all of us to improve income inequality, but socialism is _not_ the way.

Socialism and SP Health Care differ. I'm Canadian, US PR (15 yrs). I've had 2 surgeries in
and 2 in
. Wait times in Canada was 10x longer minimum. None were life or death surgeries mind you. SP access is the way IMO. But
health care can be drastically improved too. -
That said, I've had 2 loved ones pass on from Cancer(s)...the one that lived in the US moved back to Canada for treatment. End of life care (hospice) in
, was amazing...but, by my own estimation a failure for the other. The pinicale of civilization is dignity and care for all.
