I wish my kids wanted me to read anything besides Wimpy Kid books at bedtime. They're ok, but I haven't been allowed to read anything else for the past several months, and at this point we have them all memorized.

My elder one made me read (not to him) a Goosebump book, because he was so excited about it. I had to read 100 odd pages, and tell him 'I like it a lot' :) . Later on, he also developed a healthy reading habit, and ended up reading a parenting book, which was lying around :)
