I'm happy to find out that I'm confident in the correctness of all the crappy code I abandoned years ago.https://twitter.com/paulg/status/1073189019998138368 …

more like P(correct) = e^(-please work) The compiler doesn't listen to your prayers.

Its decided, you should code in n-space where time is negative

Especially when writing Arc. https://www.laarc.io So far, I've had to say "please work" only once: when adding support for editing /guidelines.html, /welcome.html, and /bookmarklet.html. (I don't know how you made those originally.) https://github.com/shawwn/arc3.2/blob/ln/news.arc#L2496-L2625 …

I never said 'please work' to code, because I always thought it would work. And if it didn't I'd be shocked, and either kick myself for getting something wrong, or find the fault in Someone Else's Code! Still surprised when I write a bug, even after many years.
