now rich n ambitious people are getting closer to successfully managing their time more efficiently than not rich+ambitious people
I think what you're measuring here is not wealth but ambition. I bet you'll find that ambitious people who aren't rich are also "time-poor," and that people who are rich but not ambitious (e.g. people who've inherited money) are not.

How do you define work? What’s work for too-rich? Knoweldge workers included? How do you define leisure time? It can mean different things to different people. Too-rich might consider leisure time going to bahamas for a week and might not consider leisure time staying at home.
