Crunch is a crutch - a cancer on this industry and any wanker who tells you it's a good thing is just going through Stockholm syndrome

Crunch is something we need to stop glamorizing and actively strive towards eliminating. I'm guilty of propagating it, i admit.

But we really need to come together and learn how to respect a healthy work balance, despite how tempting it is to push it
