We’ve been having lots of conversations lately about leadership and it’s had me wondering if I’m the kind of leader I think I am or if the perception of others is completely different from my own. It’s making my imposter syndrome absolutely WILD.
FWIW we can’t control what others think, but we can control who we are as people. Generally, I find that If you’re happy with the what you see in the mirror and the way you go about your business, then it’s likely others are too. Truth, honesty and respect are vital.
