    👀 And also...the article that starts all this thread () raises a ridiculously "obvious" way of incrementally rolling out DB changes. Read the whole thing but go to: "DB migrations" if you're impatient.

    Anyway, back to the original point of this thread: deploys. If you're trying to make change happen in your org, deploys are usually the best place to start, with oodles of low hanging fruit and pain you can solve. But keep fixed in your mind what Paul said:

    This is a must read - Paul is absolutely right about the mess we’re in. Dark is some bold thinking about how to get out. I don’t know if it’s going to work or not - but I’m 💯 here to find out. It’s tech venture at its best.

    Been in stealth mode for two years now 🤦‍♀️

    "Stealth mode" sounds sexy but kills startups. If we called it "coward mode" maybe founders would ship faster

    I believe so strongly that we can do so much better than modern coding, and that designing for continuous delivery and 50ms deploys is a huge part of that.
