    Instead, an external person should watch the replay and immediately eject players seen to lower their heads. This isn't something that should be decided in the instant, but by someone with all the evidence. So long as ejections are rare, behaviors will not change.

    /1 if you're serious about player safety, using in-play penalties are not going to solve the problem. Think about the fact that the game-theory optimal strategy is to head hunt the opposing QB. (Fortunately, most teams don't do it anyway)

    So, real question. Running ES for my side project (failures are okay)- but losing quorum is a huge PITA. I don't want to run 5 servers just for the monitoring for a 1 server app. Can I run 5 little ES instances with reduced ram (k8s)? How much ram is the MINIMUM?

    k8s v1.17 has been merged to master of k3s. Going forward we are going to switch the versioning of k3s to match k8s. So the next release of k3s should be v1.17.0+k3s.1. This will allow us to support multiple versions of k8s in parallel.

    My favorite development setting...all that we do as software engineers is learn new things. Once something has been done, it doesn't ever have to be done again... So optimize for learning.

    The amount of skepticism expressed at the idea that it's possible to start a new company on a ~40h workweek blows my mind. I've been borderline accused of lying several times when I account for our path of doing just that. This is what the ideology of workism brings.
