Working long hours is more efficient because it's so much easier to transfer knowledge within one brain (thru time) than to another brain.

That means there's a fundamental limit to comparative advantage at the individual level. The transaction costs are just too high sometimes.

Tho, make sure you don't wear yourself out to the point where you can't hit enough of the high notes, those ideas that have the big impact.
