Basically yes: making sure your wrists get enough blood flow is critical in my experience. I’ve since started doing yoga 2-3 times a week + Thai massage every couple weeks, and that has helped mitigate the whole range physical effects of typing at a computer all day.

Thanks! I've recently taken up biking. Did you find the thoughts in that book / those pages regarding some of it being mental particularly true? Just trying to hear from people who suffered.

Yes, I’m definitely convinced that stress and anxiety, even if subconscious, can have a huge impact on physical wellbeing.
