I am hearing confusing remarks (from Ro Khanna) about keeping supplemental insurance under #MedicareForAll. Why would we need ANY insurance mafia middlemen? I thought the premise behind M4A is that insurance is not compatible with human health at all.

You won't need supplemental insurance. This plan is way more comprehensive than regular Medicare.
