Intelligence is almost certainly influenced by genetics. But your argument isn't convincing. Perfectly plausible that all humans are so closely related that genetic differences are too minor to account for intelligence variations.

It's also not completely implausible that genetics might affect physical traits like height more than mental traits like intelligence. I think it's wrong, but it's not completely implausible.

Sure. The point of all this is that it's completely speculative and would be quite difficult to empirically settle. We're all just talking out our asses. To whit: I'm still pretty well convinced that intelligence is genetically conditioned.
