        The total of the figures shown for England only total £1bn not £1.6bn. Is there some for the other Home Nations? Or are English constituencies to be the only recipients?

        I think (not certain) Barnett would force a proportion of this to the other countries, in the same way an increase in NHS spending would drive more money to the other countries
