Big fan of Augur. But why is it taking so long? I was thinking more along lines of Reddit-style discussion site with page ranks/ user ranks determined by some sort of "Augur score".
General prediction markets are being build on blockchain ( @AugurProject ). I don't think we need to separately build them - but we do need to define & sponsor the right markets.
