Talking with core EF devs last night. Remarkable consensus that scalability, state transition machine, and consensus won't offer meaningful differentiation in long run Because of OSS, nothing that's a priority right now will offer meaningful long term differentiation

In general it is not clear to me how OSS networks can differentiate themselves, or retain value, because of forking. Not only to copy features but to redistribute founder tokens. Unless the network has a monopoly on tokenizing a scarce resource (Corp equity, property, etc)
