If there is fiduciary duty to token holders, why not state it clearly and enshrine it in a legal contract, or the entity's charter? I'm leery of token investments precisely b/c I get so few rights or protections compared to equity.

My fear is that those who learn exit the market, and leave a vacuum that's filled by new uninformed "investors". This will be a long long cycle. Kerp in mind that people are losing their money trading, not at the ico, so ICOs will take even longer to cool down
