If you've evaluated nootropics like racetams, to decide if it's worth the trouble & cost of daily use: how did you decide? Subjective feel, or objective standards? The guides I've seen don't focus on "how to decide if it does anything".

In retrospect, I don't think it was a good measurement, just convenient since I needed typing practice. A good measure or set of measures w/o practice effects which ordinary people can do for long periods of times remains an unmet need.
