Conservative DO do grassroots activism. The Tea Party is but one recent example. Mount Pelerin from top down. Not giving conservatives enough credit. But great guide nonetheless.
They don't do zero, but it's pretty close to zero on the scale of leftist activism. Tea Party ended up as purely an election play, which the article criticizes as only one part of the playfield.
