In my 40s I spend far more time thinking, reading, and practicing at living a good life than I did in my 20s...yet far less time writing advice about how to live. I've slowly realized these are, for me, often contradictory rather than complementary.

40s can be really good. Like, for people who didn't get diet or exercise right before, they are still young enough that they can easily get in the best shape of their lives.
