If you can't rest because you have: (full todo list, backlog of projects, desire to accomplish more, self/life/world aspects you want to change), you will never rest. These lists are infinite. So you must learn to rest peacefully beside an infinite mountain of potential work.

Eventually you'll burnout, as I did in 2012, and realize that resting enough today to be able to work tomorrow, and next week, and next month is the way to maximize output. Redlining is actually the lazy option - going hard is easier than planning a sustainable schedule.

Also, @sebastmarsh would you please put your Redlining TSR up publicly, I keep wanting to link people to it. It and @TheZvi 's Slack piece are the two best pieces of writing on this idea that a lot of people need to learn.
