But there is no easy algorithm for a good life. All I can do is keep planning, acting, studying, try not to go too meta, keep a high weight on simplification, and try to stay pointed approximately away from (busy, optionality, burnout) & towards (focused, balanced, sustainable).

It's kinda gross that that's the simplified version. But...I'm not ready to enter the monastery, stop climbing the mountain, set aside my dreams, or otherwise disengage with life's complexity. (I do seek to viciously prune it, though, and create a more monastic life.)

I don't know (t). Actuarial table, maybe? But really I need lifespan conditional on hours slept, so I can choose optimal sleep amounts, except it affects performance as well as lifespan, have to adjust by that....sigh.
