Technology has changed the outside world rapidly. But people inside are much the same as they have been for as long as there have been people. Yes, some rules & some culture for human interaction haven't changed. But much has (e.g. consider how much communication is technologically mediated). And figuring out which has/hasn't is hard! The size of the patch file from last century's manners has never been larger.
