If you think the capabilities & interests of men and women are exactly identical, you are letting ethos-driven pathos override your logos. And if they are not exactly identical, it is irrational to pretend they are. The differences are quite small, but clearly not zero.
The two sexes differ in their biology and reproductive role. There’s no evidence that it goes much beyond that.
Birds and snakes only differ 'in their biology". How does only differing in biology make them the same?? Specifically, men have an extra chromosome, which creates different hormones, which affect every cell in the body (in minor ways related to different reproductive roles)
