A spokesman for Rep. Jim Hagedorn says the MN-1 Republican "does not agree" with today's Supreme Court ruling that federal law protects gay, transgender workers from employment discrimination.
Hagedorn's spokesman followed up to say he believes it's an issue for Congress, not the courts. As of now, no response on this ruling from: Emmer, Stauber, Lewis, Fischbach, Qualls.
