The people I know who get a lot out of Twitter approach it with a “yes, and” mood; those who find it frustrating seem to see it more as a “no, but” medium.

If I’m fully honest, the way people talked in this thread felt off to me - hard to describe. Had a feeling of staying “above” certain topics/situations, vs getting in to nuances in good faith with others. I’d happily be proven wrong though, if anyone has exceptions!

They exist, and there are many of them, but they’re almost impossible to see, just by dint of the fact that in order to see a yes-and reply, you need to be following both the original tweeter and the replier. Simply following a great yes-and replier doesn’t suffice.
