The major problem, mainly for property purchases, is that in many countries there are no laws for builders to specify the types of materials used and their costs. They charge high standard values for m2 simply by locating and legalizing the property.

With the availability of materials, this favors fraud and real estate bubbles. For exa., I see prefabricated house ads like mansions. Only by the images I identify that the building materials and architectural design are low-cost or popular, but prices are from high-class homes.
