@patrickc@naveenpalli Depends on problem size. Going from n^3 algorithm to n^2 beats a hardware speed up of M if and only if n > M. -
@JohnDCook Sure, yeah. I mean overall consequence in how it nets out. Like, comparing counterfactual worlds in which only one happened.
