AI + Healthcare. Actually takes alot of capital to work with hospitals, akin to clinical trial processes.

@philritz1 is on the right path. A distributed network of hundreds of walkable cities designed to be connected by high speed transport when they reach critical mass. Large Vienesse/ Parisian sized apartments. Different geographies/architectures create different ‘worlds’.

Cities anchored by semi-public private buildings that are hybrid universities and tech-campuses. They serve as the town square. Similar to @joinstationf. Emphasis on education, building, food, nature, fun, design.

We’re in the age of internet software....famously capex light. I believe the largest capex heavy companies moving forward will be in the historically capex heavy industries...construction, physical infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, energy
